1. ABOUT US

This store is operated by BALEPEPE. Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product photography is representative; slight colour variation between screens and the physical garment is normal. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order.

3. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment by email. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

4. PAYMENT

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store, process or have access to your card details. An order is only fulfilled once Paystack confirms the payment has succeeded.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for giving us a correct and reachable delivery address and phone number.

6. RETURNS

Our returns policy sits alongside these terms and forms part of them. It does not affect your statutory rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including the BALEPEPE name, logo, designs, photography and copy — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
